The products are of great quality, just like what was shown on the site (I got three pieces - a chain, a pendant, and a necklace). They arrived right on schedule, nicely packaged, and it felt like a personal touch. Overall, a superb experience.

I’m really let down by this pendant. I forked out £60, down from £90 for it. Sure, I had a £50 voucher, but even paying just £10 felt like too much! The packaging was top-notch, but I was hoping for a hallmarked silver piece and ended up with something that looks like it came from a Christmas cracker. No hallmark on the pendant at all. It feels super flimsy, and there’s no way I could gift this to my Daughter-in-Law! I had bought a stunning, pricey gold bangle from you before, which I was thrilled with, so I expected the same level of quality in silver. Honestly, I’d be embarrassed to sell this! UPDATE - I got a really nice phone call, apologizing for my letdown. They sent me a return label right away. Great customer service! Thanks a lot.
